About John Madden Company
History
John Madden Company began in Omaha, Nebraska, in the mid '60's as a real estate
development company. Over the next 40 years, the Company developed nearly
10,000,000 square feet of office and related space in Colorado, Nebraska, Arizona,
California, Michigan, Wyoming and Iowa. While many of the properties were
developed for John Madden Company, other structures were built for Prudential,
Information Handling Services, Chevron USA, Rockwell Automotive, Allstate Insurance,
Equitable Real Estate and Eastdil Advisors.
Since 1970, John Madden Company has headquartered in Greenwood Plaza where the Company created the nationally acclaimed Southeast Denver business park. Greenwood Plaza has received national attention for its innovative approach to master planning and development, and received many awards for mixing art, architecture and landscaping. Our business neighborhood consists of the nationally rated Greenwood Athletic Club, one of the top 10 clubs in the country, Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre bringing music into the business community, sculptures from the Museum of Outdoor Arts scattered throughout Greenwood Plaza for public viewing and open space parks for community enjoyment. |
