John Madden Company, a national firm, is a full-service real estate development and management company headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Completely integrated real estate services include land acquisition, project management, brokerage & leasing, tenant finish, construction management and property management. John Madden Company began in Omaha, Nebraska, in the mid '60's as a real estate development company. Over the next 40 years, the company developed more than 10 million square feet of office and related space in Colorado, Nebraska, Arizona, California, Michigan, Wyoming and Iowa. While many of the properties were developed for John Madden Company, other structures were built for Prudential, Information Handling Services, Chevron USA, Rockwell Automotive, Allstate Insurance, Equitable Real Estate and Eastdil Advisors.

Since 1970, John Madden Company has headquartered in Greenwood Plaza where the Company created the nationally acclaimed Greenwood Plaza business park, which has received national attention for its innovative approach to master planning and development, and received many awards for mixing art, architecture and landscaping.

Our business neighborhood consists of the nationally rated Greenwood Athletic Club, one of the top 10 clubs in the country, Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre bringing music into the business community, art from the MADDEN Museum, sculptures from the Museum of Outdoor Arts displayed throughout Greenwood Plaza, an event center at Palazzo Verdi, and open space parks for community enjoyment.

The group has extensive experience in creating extraordinary buildings from the original vision to execution of site planning and zoning, financing, design and construction management, leasing and property management.
