The first floor of the building consists of the MADDEN Museum and Mangia Bevi restaurant. The lobby features a 60-foot-high ceiling with a 48-foot chandelier created by Lonnie Hanzon centered above Roger Leitner’s hand-carved replica of the Chartres Cathedral labyrinth in France. The magnificent floor to ceiling mural, “The Ascension” by Todd Siler is also showcased in the lobby. Other high-quality interior finishes include native sandstone and black granite stone flooring over an in-floor radiant heating system, and architectural woodwork which is displayed throughout the building. The building is currently registered with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and has received the LEED Gold certification.
