John W. Madden, Jr. has been a commercial developer for over 40 years.
He began in Omaha, Nebraska, and in 1970 came to Colorado where he developed
the 660-acre Greenwood Plaza office park located in the heart of Greenwood Village.
His creativity in architectural design and landscape architecture shows in all aspects
of his developments. John Madden remains involved in all operations of the
John Madden Company.

Francis A. Nemecek joined the John Madden Company in 1970 to oversee financing.
Over his years with the Company he has participated in over one billion dollars of
financing and development. Mr. Nemecek, as a partner in the John Madden Company,
participates in all operations of the Company with a focus on management and
performance of each asset.

Cathie Potton is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience
in all phases of real estate development and property management.
Her previous assignments include Salt Lake City, Albuquerque, Omaha,
Detroit and Southern California. As Managing Director of John Madden
Company she is responsible for all aspects of property management
and leasing and works hand in hand with John W. Madden, Jr. in all
aspects of development.

Steve Brown brings a unique background to the Company with over
10 years of sales and project management experience working in the
technology and biotech sectors. Steve is currently finishing an MBA
in Finance and Construction Management at the University of Denver.
As Director of Project Development, Steve oversees new development
opportunities from conception to maturity.

Helen Walker has been with the John Madden Company since 2005
and joined the company with over 20 years of experience in real estate
and contracts. As a Property Manager her responsibilities include tenant
relations, budgets and the access card system.
